Materials Impact Explorer Video
This video showcases the Materials Impact Explorer (MIE), a first-of-its-kind risk assessment tool that helps brands understand the regional-specific risks and impacts associated with their fibre sourcing.
Textile Exchange (alongside Google, NGIS, and World Wildlife Fund) officially launched the tool at the Textile Exchange Conference (October 23-27, 2023). In attendance were 1,400+ brands, supply chain partners, material innovators, farmers, non-profits, academics, and more.

This video shows the partnership between NGIS and the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), who will use TraceMark - the NGIS-built sustainable sourcing and traceability platform - to provide EUDR compliance and risk assessment to RSPO's new certification, trade, and traceability system.
European Union Deforestation Regulation Video
The last decade has seen a concerning rise in deforestation. The European Union has taken action by implementing the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). TraceMark, an NGIS sustainable sourcing solution, is accelerating the deployment of EUDR compliance for large enterprises worldwide and providing a future-proof platform for new and evolving regulations.
