  • For art commissions, please provide descriptive subject matter, exact sizing, preferred medium, reference images, other details like a particular colour palette.

    For design services, please provide project goals and purpose, exact deliverables expected, target audience, any brand guidelines, reference or existing materials.

    For all, please provide a budget, timeline and communication preferences (such as email, phone or video).

  • We don't have a price list because cost will revolve around your specific project needs and budget. We prioritise delivering value for your investment, hence why we don't have a one-size-fits-all approach! Tell us about your vision, and we'll create a custom quote that outlines the costs involved and reflects your project's scope.

  • Depending on the type of service being provided and if you have a package, it will vary. The timeframe for a project also depends on its complexity. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline during the consultation.

  • We believe in open communication and collaboration. We'll start with a consultation to understand your needs and goals, then develop concepts and refine them based on your feedback.

  • Yes, we offer retainer packages for clients who need ongoing design support. Contact us for more details.

  • We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc), PayPal, Stripe and accept Afterpay. Payment forms may vary depending on contract terms for commissions and other services.

  • We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • You may return original artwork and art prints within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • The artwork must be in its original condition, including all packaging materials.

    • We cannot accept returns for artwork that has been framed or altered in any way.

    • We cannot accept returns for custom artwork or commissioned pieces.

    • We cannot accept returns for discounted artwork.

    Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: Before returning your artwork, please contact us at alysiaxtay@gmail.com to initiate the return process. We'll provide you with a return authorisation number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the artwork safely.

    2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

    3. Return Inspection: Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

    Refunds:

    • We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the artwork only if the item is damaged or missing.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • We cannot accept refunds for artwork that has been framed or altered in any way.

    • We cannot accept refunds for custom artwork or commissioned pieces.

    • We cannot accept refunds for discounted artwork.

    Exceptions:

    • We reserve the right to deny a return if the artwork is not returned within the specified timeframe or if it is not in its original condition.

    • We may offer store credit instead of a refund for certain promotional items or discounted purchases.

    Additional Information:

    • We recommend taking photos of the artwork before returning it, in case of any damage during shipping.

    • Please keep all documentation related to your return.

  • Yes, we offer a maximum of two (2) rounds of revisions per project to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product. Our full revision policy is outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

  • We typically retain copyright for our design work. However, we can discuss copyright transfer options for an additional fee. This will usually be stated in the contract. Contact us for further details.
